What Are The Stages Of Skin Rejuvenation?

Skin aging is a natural process in the body that cannot be prevented. However, it can be postponed with more care. However, aging does not always make your skin look old and fragile. An unhealthy lifestyle, smoking, air pollution, and sun exposure also damage the skin. However, we know that prevention is always better than cure. So, think about taking care of and rejuvenating your facial skin until the job ends!

Before we talk about skin rejuvenation methods, it is better to know the signs of aging in the skin of the face to take timely action to rejuvenate the skin. Next, we mentioned some of the main signs of skin aging.

wrinkle

The first signs of skin aging begin with lines around the eyes, laugh and frown lines, and forehead lines. At first, these lines are dynamic. They will be revealed only when you change your facial expression.

Wrinkles usually appear from the age of thirty. (THE article “Why Is My Skin Wrinkling At A Young Age?” may interest you.) However, the aging process is different for different people. As a result, the appearance of these wrinkles depends on the genetics and lifestyle of the person.

Loose skin and thin face

Changes in the skin over time have caused the skin to loosen and sag, and below we will examine the leading causes of these changes:

  • Reduction of collagen and elastin

As age increases, collagen and elastin production in the skin decreases. As a result, facial skin moisture is reduced. Crow’s feet lines laugh lines, darkness, and dryness of the skin also happen for this reason.

  • Loss of fat tissue

There is adipose tissue under the different layers of the skin. This fatty tissue maintains the shape of the face well. However, with increasing age, these fat layers become thin and disappear. As a result, wrinkles around the lips and on the forehead are more noticeable.

  • Atrophy of facial muscles

The facial muscles are located under the fat tissue. As fat tissue is lost, these muscles lose strength and become loose. The earth’s gravity pulls the facial muscles down and forms a triangle on the base.

  • facial bones

Bones are the main structure of the face, with muscles and fat on them. As we said, losing fat causes the face to become thinner, and the loss of muscles causes facial skin to sag. As a result, the shape and angle of the face change.

  • Changing skin layers

The skin consists of three layers: epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis. In addition to being connected to fat and muscle tissue, these three layers are also responsible for building new cells and repairing the skin. On average, about 30,000 skin cells die and are replaced every minute. However, aging, smoking, ultraviolet rays from the sun, and using inappropriate detergents disrupt the function of these cells to some extent.

What are the types of skin rejuvenation methods?

  • Hyphotherapy

Hyphotherapy is one of the latest skin rejuvenation methods that stimulates and produces collagen with focused ultrasound waves. Collagen also restores skin tissues and maintains the elasticity of facial skin. As a result, there is no news of wrinkles and facial sagging in the long term!

  • Carboxytherapy

By injecting carbon dioxide into the specified part of the body, it is noticed that the amount of carbon dioxide has increased. As a result, it must send more oxygen. This increase in oxygen and blood circulation increases collagen production.

  • Skin mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a minimally harmful method that is injected into the middle layer of the skin. Hyaluronic acid injection into the middle tissues nourishes and hydrates the skin. As a result, after the treatment period, your skin will be brighter, firmer, and fresher.

  • Skin micro-needling

Microneedling may be slightly more painful than other methods but it has good results. In this method, it is created by a device or manually with holes and pores on the skin. Then, the skin is massaged with vitamin C or collagen-forming, or hyaluronic acid serums. These open pores make serum absorption easier. Microneedling is often effective for skin rejuvenation, wrinkle removal, and acne treatment.

  • botox injection

Botox is made of botulinum toxin. This poison prevents muscles from moving by paralyzing them.

For example, most people inject Botox in the area between the eyebrows to prevent the formation of frown lines, prevent muscle movement, and, as a result, wrinkles.

  • Gel injection and fat injection

Injection of gel and fat helps to rejuvenate and beautify the skin by filling wrinkles and correcting the shape of the face. Also, gel and fat injection are used as complementary methods and botox injection.

Meanwhile, you should note that the gel is made of hyaluronic acid, polylactic acid, or calcium hydroxyapatite. While in fat injection, the applicant’s body fat is used. This method can also be used for hand rejuvenation.
